Womb...

This project took probably about 2-3 hours from start to finish.  I have yet to put in ovaries (beads) in the finger-like loops at the ends of the fallopean tubes.  I used needle size 6, but the pattern asked for US 5.  I just didn't have that size.  I also used a rather ugly mauve, which makes my womb look dirty or dingy.  I bought a nice yummy watermelon pink color for my next one.  I decided to give a few as gifts.

The pattern has a few different variations of this original.  You can find all that information on the blog of the designer of The Womb.  She's got quite a few other unique patterns if one's interested in knitting other 'organs'.
